Season’s stragglers

Now that the weather is substantially warmer, I finally transferred my last batch of seedlings outdoors and no longer have any baby plants inside.

I plan on gifting some of these to neighbors and friends and planting the rest in the next wave of garden boxes.

Rows of potted seedlings.

So far, the no-dig soil building method has saved time and effort, and I’m excited to see how my yields turn out this year. Companion planting seems to be working well to save space, which is great because food prices are really soaring this summer.

What food are you gladdest to grow this year?
