Potatoes uncaged

Well, it turns out my lazy potato hack was a success—maybe too much of one!

Although some potatoes are poking out of the dirt at the top, the sprouts are also growing right out of the side of the tower. I hope this whole thing is a big shaggy green mess by the time I harvest!

Speaking of harvest… oh! the delicious recipes I plan on making with these potatoes. If you’ve never had a potato fresh out of the ground, you’ve never had a real potato. These are destined to become a creamy potato soup or some delicious homemade French fries paired with a burger…
