Platter lunch

I have been so busy at work, it’s been hard to remember to make time to eat. But today I made a platter lunch this week that I would have paid top dollar for!

I made a sandwich, sliced up some apple and veggies, and  added some homemade sourdough cheese crackers on the side. The fermented foods left me feeling great despite how much I stuffed my face.

Contributing so much to making my own meals, even the crackers and fermented goodies, is so satisfying. I’m certain it makes the food taste better, too!
