Phil used to be the companion goat to a cow, who’s no longer with us, so when he makes noise it sounds a lot like a tiny cow.
He loves people and getting pets, and will come over to visit any neighbors standing at the bus stop.
Phil always looks a little scruffy, like he forgot to comb his fur, whereas the other goats are sleek and soft during the summer.
I think Phil’s rumpled appearance gives him character — it wouldn’t be fair if he had the best social skills AND the best looks in the herd!
