Every garden year is so different, which I both love and hate. But I suppose the unpredictability of it all is what helps me learn the most!
Last year, peppers that were supposed to be green turned out delicious, while anything that was supposed to take on color failed to mature. But this year, the color is vibrant and the peppers are sweet.
I’m loving these Ajvarski peppers as a substitute for bell peppers.
Speaking of peppers, I think some delicious, homemade fajitas might be in order this week!
