Tonight’s farm joy was a honeynut squash, harvested in October, roasted slowly and stuffed with a sagey breakfast sausage, cranberries, apple, celery, and shallot. Spectacular side dish to nibble with popcorn chicken and veggie sticks. I could get used to eating squash like this.
