There’s a pond on our property, but it’s at least half an acre from the spiral garden, where I found this little tree frog! 🐸
I hope it was able to make its way back home safely; we have a lot of predatory birds who circle our pasture. Eagles, ravens, and hawks would all love a tender amphibian snack, and they don’t hesitate
After doing some research about this little guy, it seems they are great contributors to pest control since their diet consists of all of the little bugs around here! It’s so fascinating to understand how everything on this farm plays a vital role, even when it’s so far from home.
