This year, I canned and fermented all kinds of things for J and myself, as well as to share with friends and family as gifts for the holidays.
One of the things I made was green ketchup, and you may be wondering what that is (and if it has anything to do with green eggs and ham)!
Surprisingly, green ketchup tastes a lot like regular ketchup, despite looking totally different! And it was a hit with everyone who tried it — I will definitely be making this again next year.
