I’m on a donut kick, y’all! I purchased some “molds” for batter which made some pretty tasty baked blueberry donuts!
Then I made these with a drier dough which allowed me to cut big circles and little circles out of the middle (which then became some super tasty donut holes).
Baked donuts are surprisingly low-sugar treats for dessert or even an indulgent breakfast. I might need to start experimenting with some other types of donuts — this recipe uses a blood orange or rhubarb glaze, I think I might need to try these soon!
