J’s culinary specialty is in Spanish cuisine, and every so often I get treated to the most delicious home-cooked Spanish meals. This week, he made me a stovetop paella, which was full of spices, rich tangy flavors, veggies and seafood.
The way the spices and the warmth of the dish (served hot) enhance one another was to die for, and it was the perfect dish to welcome a bout of warmer spring weather! I air-fried some of the asparagus crop to nibble alongside it.
