  • Boxes like weeds

    Just when we think we’ve taken on more than enough in the garden, we find new things we want to grow… which often means finding space for them to live.   • UV damage…

    A sudden surprise heat wave, which came with elevated UV levels, wrecked my poor lettuce. I pulled off the dead leaves… here’s hoping the plants themselves can spring back.
